11/5/10 Getting a really big
baby belly!!!!
11/13/10 She is getting
bigger and starting to really fill out as the pups grow!! No milk yet!
11/22/10 We are getting
closer and closer, I am sooo excited!!! You can feel the babies just
thumping and rolling!!
11/26/10 evening temp was 102
11/27/10 morning temp was 99.7 ( waiting for 98.9 or less !!)
11/28/10 Pups started arriving around 5 am!!
We have 4 boys and 2 girls so far!!

11/30/10 pups went to the vet and got the dewclaws removed.
12/4/10 FYI: I
discovered a tiny sore on Sasha's head this morning and she has been
scratching at it, at first I thought it was because she was constantly
sitting under the heat lamp and it happened after I changed bedding and
moved the heat mat to the center of the bed which was almost directly under
the heat lamp.... Well after watching her on webcam tonight we discovered
her trying to push her head under the rails to give a puppy bath and when
she lays down with her head against a rail, it rest on the spot , I am
taking very good care of her!! I was putting padding on the rails at 11:00pm
last night after we discovered what was going on!! So her bed has a new look
but its for the better :-) This is my first time for using the rails
and they are just wonderful for preventing babies from getting pinned behind
momma! I wont remove them, but I will make them safer for Sasha and all
future moms! I dont know if other breeders have had this happen or if its
just my mom but either way, Sasha and the babies now have padded rails on
top, sides and bottom :-) just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know
what was going on incase you missed it in the webcam chat room when we
figured it out!
12/6/10 FYI:
The rail bumper pads are working like a charm!! Sasha is no longer rubbing
it raw on the rails and her small spot is healing up great!! She will have a
small bald spot until the hair grows back :-)
